        this should be a priority because the OS is based on instant access, and having to wait for an website to load email can take a long time.

        Picture this: splashtop tells you you have 0 emails, and you don't need to spend time logging into your email client.

        Instant on is also about making it quick while you are using it too.

        Some of us prefer our own email client and not 'webmail'. I -can- put this on a priority. Thunderbird is a great 'generic' client.

        As most email accounts don't require a client anymore, can't put this high on the list of needs in this OS
